At this year's Oscfar ceremony, there is no doubt that Red dominated the color of the gowns and dresses selected by the stars. The designers did their research and delivered gorgeous dresses to the elite of Hollywood.

Best Actress for La Vie en Rose, Marion Cotillard did not wear red, but her dress was drop-down gorgeous.

Tatoos were also part of the Red Carpet. Diablo Cody from Juno spotted a tatoo on her right arm. It was obvious there.

Heidi Klum came in the hands of her man, Seal. She is ready to auction her dress on eBay after the show.

Hilary Swank wore a beautiful one-strapped gown that was well designed too.

There were a few wrap-around dresses and gowns that flattered the actresses' bodies. For example, past American Idol winner, Jennifer Hudson did justice to her wrap-around.
